Cardio Tennis is a fun group activity featuring drills to give players of all abilities an ultimate, high-energy workout. Cardio Tennis includes warm-up, cardio workout, and cool down phases. If you’re a current or new player looking for a great new way to get in shape and to burn calories, you must try Cardio Tennis.
Major Benefits of Cardio Tennis:
• Participants consistently elevate their heart rates into their aerobic training zone.
• You can burn more calories than singles or doubles tennis.
• You get short cycles of high intensity workout and periods of rest, almost like
interval training.
• While you are playing tennis, the focus is primarily on getting a great workout.
• Improve your tennis skills.

Beginning Tennis Lessons
These lessons are conducted for adults with no formal tennis experience. You will learn the rules, basic stroke mechanics, serving, footwork, court positioning and strategy. If you've always wanted to learn how to play or how to play properly, this is a great opportunity to jump in and pick up the sport. You'll be playing tennis matches with friends in no time at all. In fact, you might sign up with one or more friends to learn together! Feel free to come alone as well as you're bound to make new friends you can play with - tennis is a wonderful social activity as well as a lifelong sport that is fun and will help keep you in shape!
