Cancellation Policy

The customer must call to cancel a private or semi-private lesson at least 24 hours prior to the start of the lesson. Woodmen Tennis reserves the right to bill the customer for lessons canceled less than 24 hours before the start of the lesson.

If you have reserved a spot for Cardio Tennis, you need to notify Kim Davis at least 24 hours prior to the start of the class if you need to cancel. Within 24 hours of the class, you need to find a substitute or contact someone directly on the waiting list to take your place. Woodmen Tennis reserves the right to bill a customer who cancels within 24 hours of a Cardio Tennis class and doesn't send a substitute.

Please check email if you believe the weather may warrant cancellation of a junior lesson or micro tennis competition. You may also contact Kim Davis directly at 536-0797 or 761-6871. If junior lessons or micro tennis competitions are canceled due to inclement weather, the make-up lesson is Saturday, August 21st from 10:30am - 12:00pm. Refunds will not be issued for any junior lessons or micro tennis competitions that are missed due to personal reasons.
